WILDZONE FOR KIDS AND FAMILIES 2010

Wildzone is a fun-packed programme of activities and events suitable for children aged 5 -13 and introduces them to different aspects of wildlife and nature. Where shown some activities are suitable for younger children. Activities last 2 hours and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Sorry no dogs 

 

Discovery Pack activities cost £5 per pack (usually one pack per family)

Other activities cost £3 per child aged 5 and over. No charge for supervising adults but donations appreciated.

 

  

All activities must be booked in advance by telephoning (01983) 741020 or by emailing: isleofwight@nationaltrust.org.uk. The activities are very popular so please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend a booked activity so that we can offer the place to someone on the waiting list.

Mottistone Bat Zap  

Listen to a talk then try bat detectors in the dark with the National Trust and Isle of Wight Bat Hospital. Bring a torch. No charge. Donations invited to be shared between the National Trust and the IW Bat Hospital. Some slight slopes on gravel and grass.

Meet at Mottistone Manor car park SZ 403838.
