Situated next to the Post Office in a row of pretty thatched cottages in North Street, Brighstone is the National Trust's island shop.The shop sells a wide variety gifts, cards and books including local items.
 
Adjoining the shop is the Village Museum which contains exhibitions and a tableau about village life in Victorian times. 
 
The shop and musuem are currently open from Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm and from 12 noon to 5pm on Sundays.
 
NEW LOYALTY CARD

Collect 6 stamps and receive a 10% discount off your purchases on your 7th visit to the Brighstone NT shop.

A stamp will be given when you make a purchase of £5 or more at Brighstone National Trust shop but cards can only be stamped once each day. Only valid at Brighstone Shop. Discount valid until 24 December 2010 so start saving for your Christmas shopping now or just treat yourself.

 

 

Parking in the village is free and there are several other shops including a Post Office, and a pub. Just down the road is Mottistone Manor Garden  and Mottistone Common and Down with their network of footpaths including one to the Long Stone.
